Welcome to Rachel Wyatt Art. By browsing and purchasing from our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Art Prints & Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rachel Wyatt Art. Buying a physical art print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not copy, scan, resell, or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
2. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payments must be cleared in full before any orders are printed or shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery We ship domestically within Australia and to select international destinations via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery windows are guidelines provided by the postal carrier and are not strict guarantees.

International buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes (such as VAT or local customs handling fees), or customs clearances imposed by their destination country.
4. Returns & Made-to-Order Policy Because our premium fine art prints are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
5. Limiting Liability We make every effort to display the colours and details of our prints accurately on screen. However, because individual monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate to the final physical print.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
