Thank you for supporting art businesses. Every artwork is produced to order on premium fine art paper and fulfilled directly by our specialist print studio (for domestic orders).
1. Dispatch & Processing Times
Because our fine art prints are custom made to order, all prints are printed, quality-checked, and safely dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order leaves the print studio.
2. Premium Packaging
To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, all prints are gently rolled in tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We exclusively use Express Tracked Postage to get your art to you as quickly and securely as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination:

Australia - Domestic Express Tracked Shipping (1-3 business days):

Free for orders over $100.00 AUD

Otherwise $15.00 AUD

International - Standard Tracked Shipping (3-10 business days):

Please note: Transit times are guidelines provided by the courier network and are not absolute guarantees.
4. Excluded Destinations
Due to complex regional customs rules or high rates of transit issues, we do not automatically ship to Germany, South America, Africa, or the Middle East at checkout. If you live in one of these regions and would like a custom shipping quote, please contact us directly at rachelwyattart17@gmail.com.
5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (such as EU VAT), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark commercial items as "gifts" or alter the invoice value on customs declarations.
6. Delayed Packages
Because fulfillment and transit are managed by our printing partner and the courier network, we cannot directly control transit speeds once a package leaves the facility. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or local postal service disruptions. If your tracking link hasn't updated in 7 business days, please reach out so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
