We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at rachelwyattart17@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
You can also initiate a request in your account.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
